Ascendia
Ascendia gathers meditation, breath, affirmation, sound, the teachings of many traditions and new channelings from living teachers into one unhurried daily practice — short enough to do on an ordinary morning, whole enough to still be with you at night.
Begin free, keep what serves you, and let the rest wait until you want it. The demo asks for nothing.

The daily practice
Most practice apps hand you a library and wish you luck. Ascendia is built around a shape — the same four movements each morning, so that repetition adds up to something instead of just accumulating.
01
Begin by lifting the state. A breath pattern that lengthens the exhale, a Solfeggio tone held underneath a short sit, one affirmation said slowly enough to mean it. Five minutes is usually enough to change the room you are standing in.
02
Then hold it steady. Staged sits, ambient sound, a soft bell instead of an alarm, and a return to the breath every time attention wanders off. The point is not to go deep. The point is not to leave.
03
Let the sit become thought. Write the residue while it is still warm, log the dream you half-remember, note what actually shifted. Integration is what makes yesterday’s practice available to you today.
04
Carry it into the ordinary day. A vision board you genuinely look at, a teaching to sit with on the commute, one small act that matches the state you just held. This is where a practice stops being a hobby.
You will not do all four perfectly, and you are not meant to. On a hard morning, raise and stop. The shape is there so that when you have more, you know where it goes.
What’s inside
The material the practice draws on is open to read here, in full, without an account — and each of these has a page of its own rather than a paragraph on this one.
Forty-one beings of light across five families: world teachers, yogis and saints, deities and bodhisattvas, angelic and ascended presences, and star beings. Where a figure belongs to devotional or channeled tradition rather than documented history, the page says so plainly — no footnote, no pretending otherwise.
Vetted teachers publish written channelings, each labelled as channeled work and pitched at a level — basic, master or advanced. It is the part of Ascendia people ask about most, so it is written out in full: what it is here, who may publish one, and how we think it is best read.
Nine tones, 174 Hz through 963 Hz, each labelled with the association its tradition gives it — release, change, the heart, clarity, stillness. We describe what the tradition says about a tone, never what it will do to you.
Five patterns, written out as counts — how long you breathe in, how long you hold it if you hold it at all, how long you let it out. A visual pacer runs each one, and you can follow it with your eyes closed once you know it.
The daily practice
The five surfaces — Home, Practice, Elevate, Explore and Journal — the timer and staged sits, guided and sleep sessions, the journal and dream log, and where the free tier ends.
Compare the three plans
Seeker, Ascend and Mystery School set against one another, down to the exact tones, patterns and teachings each one carries.
What we commit to
The promises this product is built on — the non-medical boundary, named sources, and what never leaves your phone.
Questions and answers
The questions people actually ask, answered the way we would answer them in an email.
Teachers
Vetted teachers publish here — courses and channelings, and, as those surfaces open, live calls and one-to-one sessions. Every teacher passes human review before a single lesson goes live, identity is verified before anyone is paid, and no one is permitted to make a medical claim about anything they teach.
Where it lives
Your account carries your membership across all three; the journal, dream log and vision boards stay on the phone that wrote them, and move with Settings → Data → Export.
iOS
The full practice — timer, breath, frequencies, teachings, channelings, journal.
Android
The same practice, the same library, the same account.
The web
Read all 41 teachings, the nine tones and the five breath patterns in full, find a teacher, manage your membership — and, if you teach, publish.
Five minutes, most mornings. Nothing to prove and nobody watching. Seeker is free and stays free; if the practice takes hold, Ascend opens the full library for $4.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 15-day trial.
Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice, not a medical or mental-health service.
