Before you decide

Can I cancel?: At any time, without writing to anyone first. Your membership stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it simply stops. Nothing is charged again.
What happens when the trial ends?: Ascend begins with 15 days free. If you cancel before the fifteenth day you are not charged at all. If you do nothing, the plan you chose starts at the price shown above and renews at that price until you stop it.
I bought a membership in the app. Is this the same thing?: It is the same membership, unlocked on every device you sign in on. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android app go through the App Store or Google Play, and are cancelled or changed there rather than here — that is Apple and Google policy, not ours.
Do you give refunds?: If you were charged for something you did not intend — a renewal you meant to cancel, a duplicate charge, a membership you never opened — write to us within 14 days and we will refund it. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, and we will point you to the right form.
What do I need to practise?: Nothing but time and a quiet-enough room. The web reader carries the courses and the written teachings; the iOS and Android apps carry the full practice — timer, breathwork, frequencies, vision boards and the journal.
Something else?: Read the terms and the privacy notice, or write to us at support@ascendiaunite.com. A person answers.

Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice, not a medical or mental-health service.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Solfeggio frequencies are offered with their traditional associations, not as treatment.
