Guided walkthrough
Five short steps through the real thing — no account, no card, nothing to install.
One morning of the practice laid out movement by movement, what the 41 teachings actually contain, what a channeling is, and what runs in the app rather than here. Everything below is the real material, not a mock-up.

Step 1 of 5
Most practice apps hand you a library and wish you luck. Ascendia is built around a shape instead — the same four movements, in the same order, every day. What fills them is yours. Below is one way a Tuesday could go.
Lift the state. A breath pattern, a tone held underneath a short sit, one affirmation said slowly enough to mean it.
Example · one of the 3 free breath patterns
Box 4 · 4 · 4 · 4
One round: 16 seconds.
That is the whole of it — a cadence in seconds. The app draws this ring and counts you through it.
All 5 patterns, written outHold it steady. A staged sit, a soft bell instead of an alarm, and a return to the breath every time attention wanders off.
Example · one of the 3 free tones
528 Hz · Heart
The tradition associates this tone with love & balance. That is an association, offered as a contemplative framing — the page that lists all 9 says plainly what it is not.
The nine tones, and their provenanceLet the sit become thought. Write the residue while it is still warm, and log the dream you half remember.
Example · what this movement holds
The journal is the most private thing in the product, and the commitments page sets out exactly how.
What we commit to, and what we do not claimCarry it into the ordinary day. A teaching to sit with on the commute, and one small act that matches the state you just held.
Example · one line of 85, with its source named
“All that we are is the result of what we have thought.”
Gautama Buddha · Dhammapada 1.1
Every line in the teachings is given with the text, person or tradition it comes from. None of them is offered as a thing to believe.
Read Gautama Buddha in fullThe order is fixed; the contents are not. Nothing in the app prescribes a tone for a mood, a pattern for a condition, or a teaching for a day — you choose, and the practice keeps the shape.
Step 2 of 5
41 beings of light across 5 families. Each one has a short life, their own words with every source named, and a prayer you can say. All 41 are readable in full on this website, right now, without an account.

Yogis & SaintsDevotional / channeled
The deathless yogi of the Himalayas, as recounted in Autobiography of a Yogi and honoured in the Kriya Yoga lineage. His story lives in devotional tradition rather than documented history.
“Stillness is not the absence of life, but its source.”
28 of the 41 belong to devotional or channeled tradition rather than to documented history. Every one of them carries this note, in the same size type as the rest of the page, above the words rather than under them:
Honored in devotional / channeled tradition — offered for reflection, not as historical or scientific fact.
The other 13 are historical figures, and their lines are attributed to the texts they come from. Knowing which is which is the point.
Step 3 of 5
This is the word people most often arrive unsure about, so here it is plainly.
A channeling on Ascendia is a piece of writing that a vetted teacher publishes under their own name. It carries the channeled-work label and a level every time, and where the teacher attributes it, a being and a topic.
A being and a topic are set by the teacher when the teacher has one to give — which is exactly why they are useful as a filter and useless as a promise. A channeling is material for contemplation. Reading it is not the practice; what you carry from it into an ordinary Tuesday is.
The feed is in the app
This website explains what a channeling is, who may publish one and how it is labelled. The feed itself is one of the things you open the app for.
It is not a session with a teacher
Sitting one to one with a teacher is a different thing, arranged with them directly. A post in the feed is not that, and is not a substitute for it.
Nobody will tell you what it will do
We do not make claims about what reading one does to a person, because we do not know, and saying otherwise would be the easiest thing on this site to get wrong.
Step 4 of 5
The honest split, because it decides what you can do in the next five minutes and what has to wait.
The practice
Where the practice runs: the timer and staged sits, the breath pacer, the nine tones, the bells that mark the turns, the teachings, the channeling feed and the journal.
Reading and membership
Where the practice is explained and your membership lives: every teaching readable in full, the tones and patterns written out, the plan comparison, the teacher directory — and, if you teach, the place you publish.
You will notice that nothing here offers you a download. That is deliberate: we are not linking an App Store or Google Play listing until there is a real one to link, and no date is promised anywhere on this site. When the listings exist, the buttons appear in the footer and on this page together.
So here is what that leaves you, today, with no account and no app: every one of the 41 teachings to read in full, all 9 tones and 5 breath patterns written out, the three plans side by side, and the commitments we hold ourselves to. What needs the app is the running of it — the timer, the pacer, the tones, the bells and the journal.
Step 5 of 5
Seeker is the free plan. It is free for as long as you want it and takes no card. It is a real plan rather than a trial, and these are its actual edges.
The whole practice
Timer and staged sits, the journal and the dream log. Not a reduced version — the practice itself.
3 of the 5 breath patterns
Double, Box, 4-7-8. The rest open with Ascend.
3 of the 9 tones
396 Hz Liberation, 528 Hz Heart, 963 Hz Awakening. The full set opens with Ascend.
10 of the 41 teachings, in the app
A core set, two from each of the 5 families. On this website all 41 are readable without an account at all.
One vision board
Ascend lifts the limit. The board you make on Seeker is yours either way.
No card, no countdown
Nothing expires and nothing charges. If you never upgrade, nothing about the free plan changes.
Nothing above needed an account, and neither do the three things below. Signing up gets you the practice on a phone and a place to keep it — it does not unlock the reading.
Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice, not a medical or mental-health service.
