What Ascendia is, what it costs to begin, and what you need to have.
A whole daily practice. The Seeker tier is free permanently and asks for no card: the practice timer and staged sits, 3 of the 5 breath patterns, 3 of the 9 Solfeggio tones, a core set of 10 of the 41 Teachings, the journal and dream log, one vision board, the course outlines and the channelings feed.
It does not expire and it is not a trial. A five-minute sit most mornings needs nothing that costs money.

Not to read practice content — the apps download it without one. You need an account for the things an account carries: your practice history across devices, your membership, and anything you publish or book.
Ascendia is for people aged 18 and over.
iOS, Android and the web, on one account. The mobile apps carry the full practice: the timer and staged sits, breathwork, the frequency library, the 41 Teachings, the channelings feed, the journal, the dream log, vision boards and the Ascent. The guided and sleep narrations are still being recorded, and are not part of any plan yet.
This website is where you browse the library, find a teacher and manage your membership — and where teachers write and publish. Your membership follows your account between all three.
About five minutes, most mornings. The practice is built in four movements — raise, stabilize, integrate, embody — and on a hard morning you are meant to do the first one and stop.
Longer sits, staged sessions and sleep pieces are there for the days you have more time, not as a standard you are failing to meet.
The mobile app ships in 13 languages. This website is in English only — we would rather say that plainly than machine-translate a page about how a devotional tradition should be framed.
The trial, cancelling, refunds, and what changes when you bought inside an app store.
Ascend begins with 15 days free. If you cancel before the fifteenth day you are not charged at all. If you do nothing, the plan you chose starts at the price shown and renews at that price until you stop it.
The trial is for first-time members. If you have subscribed before you will see the price without the trial clause, rather than an offer that would not apply to you. Mystery School has no trial.
At any time, without writing to anyone first. Your membership stays open until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then it stops. Nothing is charged again.
A membership bought on this website is cancelled from your account page here. A membership bought inside the iOS or Android app is cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account — only the store that sold it can stop it.
If you were charged for something you did not intend — a renewal you meant to cancel, a duplicate charge, a membership you never opened — write to us within 14 days and we will refund it. We would rather refund a borderline case than argue about it.
Purchases made on this website are refunded by us to the card that was charged. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google, and we will point you at the right form. Where your local law gives you a cooling-off period, you keep it in full.
It is the same membership, unlocked on every device you sign in on. What differs is who bills you: a purchase made inside the iOS or Android app is sold by Apple or Google, and is changed, cancelled or refunded there rather than here. That is Apple and Google policy, not ours.
The Mystery School curriculum and its certification paths. Ascend already opens the whole library — every tone, every breath pattern, all 41 Teachings, unlimited vision boards and the full Ascent view — so what the higher tier buys is a structured path rather than more material.
Monthly live calls with replays, and member pricing on one-to-one sessions, are marked coming soon. They are a plan rather than a dated promise, and they are not something you are paying for today.
What never leaves your phone, what we hold, and what deletion actually deletes.
Your journal entries, your dream log, the voice notes you record in the journal, your mood check-ins and intentions, and your vision boards stay on the phone that wrote them. They are never sent to us or to anyone else, with or without an account.
That means we cannot read them, because we do not have them. It also means they do not appear on a second device by themselves — you move them yourself, from Settings, then Data, then Export.
What an account, a purchase and a shared practice need: your email address and the name you give, your plan and renewal dates as reported by Apple, Google or Stripe, the time and length of the sessions you practise while signed in, which teachings and lessons you open, anything you post in a circle, any session you book, and the messages you send support.
We never see your password or your card number. We do not ask for health information — the word you choose for your state before and after a sit is a word, not a medical measurement.
The account and the data linked to it are deleted straight away: your profile and sign-in details, your practice sessions and streak, your record of what you opened, your circle posts and memberships, your bookings, and your membership record with us. It cannot be recovered.
What was only ever on your phone — the journal, voice notes, mood check-ins and vision boards — is erased on that phone when you delete the account from inside the app, and again if you delete the app. Copies in our backups expire within 30 days. If you taught here, earnings and payout records are kept as long as tax law requires, but they are no longer linked to you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in the store first, or you will keep being charged.
No. We show no ads and the apps do not use your device advertising identifier. We run no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools in the apps or on this website, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The cookies it does set are the ones that keep you signed in.
We do not sell or rent personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use anything you write to train AI models. If any of that ever changes, the privacy notice changes first.
Teachers see totals, not people: how many members opened a course, how many minutes were listened to in a period, and what they earned. They do not see who listened, how far you got, what you wrote, or your email address.
The one exception is a session you book with a teacher yourself. They then receive what the booking needs — your name, your email and anything you wrote in it — so that they can hold the session.
Who is allowed to publish here, how they are paid, and how the material is framed.
A person reads every application. Profiles are approved before they appear, and first submissions and material changes go through content review before members can open them. When something needs work the teacher is told what and why, rather than being quietly rejected.
Stripe verifies a teacher’s identity and bank details before any money is paid out. Teachers are independent practitioners, not our employees.
Review is a floor, not a guarantee. It checks for honesty, safety and the boundaries we set — it is not an endorsement of any teacher’s worldview, and it cannot make a particular practice right for you.
From a shared pool, allocated by the minutes members actually listen to, plus whatever they charge for their own sessions. The pool share and the payout schedule are set out in the teacher agreement.
Nothing a teacher earns depends on keeping you in the app longer than you meant to be there.
A written transmission published by a vetted teacher. Every one is labelled as channeled work and pitched at a level — basic, master or advanced. Where the teacher attributes it, the being it came through and a topic are named too, so the feed can be read filtered down to one being or one theme.
We treat channeling as what it is: a practice with its own long tradition, offered for reflection. We do not present it as documented fact, and we do not wink at it either.
Some are and some are not, and each page says which. Of the 41 beings, 28 belong to devotional or channeled tradition rather than documented history, and every one of those carries the same note in plain sight: Honored in devotional / channeled tradition — offered for reflection, not as historical or scientific fact.
Where a figure is historical, the teaching carries their own words with the source named. We would rather lose the mystique than blur the difference.
The one question we will never answer loosely.
No. Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice. It is not a medical or mental-health service, not therapy, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing here treats, diagnoses, cures or prevents any illness, and nobody here is acting as your doctor, therapist or counsellor.
Teachers are not permitted to claim otherwise, or to discourage anyone from seeking medical or psychological care. Keep taking what your doctor prescribed; nothing here is a reason to stop.
If you are in crisis, or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country. Ascendia is not a crisis service and cannot respond in time.
They are tones, offered for relaxation and focus. The associations attached to them — release, the heart, clarity, stillness — are a traditional, contemplative framework, not a medical claim. Sound does not diagnose, treat or cure.
We describe what the tradition says about a tone, and never what it will do to you. The same rule governs the breath patterns and every teaching on the platform.
It is a mirror rather than a ranking. It is drawn from your own check-ins and your own sessions, nobody is measured against you, and nobody else sees it. It is not an assessment of anything about your health.
Write to support@ascendiaunite.com and a person answers, usually within two working days. For anything about your data, privacy@ascendiaunite.com.
