About
A daily contemplative practice, drawn from many traditions and presented with their context — built by people who kept failing to keep one themselves.
The story
Ascendia began with an ordinary problem: people who sincerely wanted a spiritual practice, and could not keep one. Not for want of trying. For want of a shape. The apps on offer were either a bare timer with nothing inside it, or a firehose of content with no path through — and both of them quietly put the burden of designing a practice onto the person least able to carry it.
So we built a day instead of a library. Four movements, in the same order, every morning: raise the state, stabilize it, integrate what happened, then embody it in something ordinary. Everything in the product exists to serve one of those four. If a feature does not, it does not ship — which is why the channelings teachers publish arrive newest first and filtered by the being or topic you asked for, never ranked to hold you there, and why there is no badge to chase.
The name is a promise about direction, not arrival. Nobody is finished, and the app will never tell you that you have levelled up as a soul. What it can honestly offer is a place to come back to, a great deal of material worth sitting with, and a clear-eyed view of how steadily you have held love and peace — kept by you, for you.
The standards
The teachings inside Ascendia come from a lot of places: the Gospels, the Dhammapada, Gurbani, the Kriya Yoga lineage, bodhisattva devotion, angelic and ascended-master tradition, and the more recent star-being literature. Holding all of that in one app is only defensible if we are precise about what each thing is.
When a teacher’s own words appear, the attribution appears with them — the book, the chapter, the verse where one exists. If a line is attributed by tradition rather than documented, it is marked that way instead of quietly borrowing the authority of a citation.
Some of the forty-one are historical people whose lives are a matter of record. Others live in devotional, mythic or channelled tradition. Their pages say which, in ordinary language, right where you are reading — not buried in a settings screen.
A tradition is not a mood. Each one keeps its own context, its own vocabulary and its own frame rather than being blended into a single beige spirituality that belongs to nobody. Breadth is a responsibility, not a licence.
The boundary
Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice. It is not therapy, not medicine, and not a substitute for either. This is something we designed around from the first screen — a commitment, not a line of fine print bolted on at the end.
No copy on this platform claims to treat, diagnose, cure or prevent anything — not ours, and not a teacher’s. Content that does is not published, and there is no discretion in that rule.
Solfeggio frequencies are described by the associations their traditions give them. We tell you what a tradition says about a tone. We never tell you what it will do to your body or your mind.
The dimensional language you will see — 3D, 5D, 7D — is a framework for talking about states of attention. It is a way of speaking, not a scientific claim, and we say so where it appears.
If you are in crisis, please reach a doctor or a local crisis line. An app should never be the thing standing between a person and real help.
Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice, not a medical or mental-health service.
Privacy
We took that seriously when deciding what to store and who can see it. The short version is that the private parts stay private, and the parts that move money are aggregate.
Entries and dream logs stay on your phone. They are never uploaded, so staff cannot read them, teachers never see them, and nothing is trained on them. Settings → Data → Export moves them when you change device.
What you tell the app about your inner state shapes what it suggests back to you. That is the whole of its job. Nobody at Ascendia is reading your answers.
Minutes and check-ins draw your Ascent, and they decide how the teacher pool is shared out — a teacher is paid for what their students actually practised with. Teachers see totals, never your name against a session.
The full detail lives in the privacy policy and the terms.
Fit
It costs us nothing to say this plainly, and it saves you a month of paying for the wrong thing.
It is for
It is not for
Seeker is free and stays free. If you teach this work rather than only practise it, there is a door for you too.
Ascendia is a contemplative and educational practice, not a medical or mental-health service.
